About me
I am an Adult Counsellor and a Child, Adolescent and Family Psychotherapist. I am BACP Accredited and an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner.
I initially trained at the Metanoia Institute which specialises in the professional training of counsellors and psychotherapists.
I continued my studies at the Tavistock and Portman Trust which specialises in training professionals in the mental health of Children, Adolescents and Families.
My specialist qualifications in working with children, adolescents, families, and adults; enhances the way I work with people across all ages. I endeavour to bring a warm compassionate approach that honours your life experiences and supports you to make meaningful and lasting change.

I attend regular continued professional development, in particular focusing on how our childhood experiences (positive and negative) affect each of us and different techniques to help clients improve how they think and feel.
My Experience
I have worked with many male and female clients, across a range of ages and different cultural backgrounds, who were struggling with a variety of difficulties. In addition to working for many years in private practice, I work in secondary schools as a school counsellor/psychotherapist.
